Our 24-Hour Refund Rule
At Framed, we offer a full refund within 24 hours of your payment. Because our AI advisor begins working for you immediately, all sales become final once this 24-hour window has passed. If you change your mind within that first day, we will honor your request. Beyond 24 hours, we cannot offer any refunds or credits.

We aim to comply with all California consumer laws. Please ensure your refund request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, all sales are final and non-refundable according to our service terms.
